1. JHomes
An owner-led boutique built almost entirely around overseas buyers.
JHomes is a boutique Jerusalem agency that works almost entirely with international and overseas buyers, concentrating on the neighbourhoods where that demand actually clusters — Rehavia, Talbiya, the German Colony, Baka, Old Katamon, Mamilla, Shaarei Chesed, Arnona and the City Centre. It is owner-led, by Yoav Ben Dayan and his partner Iftah Ben Dayan, with a small team of agents behind them, and the office works in English, Hebrew and French.
That combination of a defined patch and a principal you can reach is what tends to matter most when the buyer is making the decision from another continent. The firm writes its own neighbourhood-by-neighbourhood guides to the areas it sells in, which is a reasonable proxy for how well it knows those streets, and the remote purchase is treated as the normal case rather than an awkward exception.
Good to know: Say up front which neighbourhoods you are weighing against each other — an owner-led office will tell you plainly where your budget goes further.
