1. The beachfront hotel spas — Tel Aviv promenade
Full facilities with the Mediterranean directly outside the window.
The large hotels along the Tel Aviv seafront run the city's most complete spas: indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, gyms and treatment menus running from standard massage to signature Dead Sea mineral rituals.
The view is the differentiator. A treatment room or a pool deck facing directly onto the Mediterranean is a different proposition from a basement spa, and several of these are on upper floors or roofs.
Nearly all sell day passes to non-guests, which is the way to use them without paying for a beachfront room.
Good to know: Call and ask about a non-guest day pass. Most sell them and almost none advertise it.
