1. Alberto — Central Tel Aviv
A rooftop pool and spa in the middle of the city, not on the seafront.
Alberto is the central alternative to the seafront hotel spas: the same treatment-plus-pool proposition, ten minutes' walk from Rothschild instead of on the promenade.
The rooftop is the differentiator — most central Tel Aviv hotels have no pool at all, and the independent treatment rooms nearby have no facilities to sit in afterwards.
Pricing sits at the hotel end of the market rather than the independent end.
Good to know: Worth it over an independent studio only if you will actually use the rooftop for the afternoon.
