1. Meyer Catering — Central Tel Aviv
Bistronomic kosher lamehadrin catering, with a designer's eye for the plate.
Meyer Catering is a kosher lamehadrin bistronomic caterer based in the heart of Tel Aviv, mixing Israeli, French and international cooking.
Chef Meyer trained originally as an architect, and it shows in how the food is composed — attention to detail, and to the harmony of ingredients and colour on the plate. That matters more than it sounds at a kosher event, where the constraint set is real and the difference between competent and memorable is almost entirely in the execution.
Good to know: Ask to taste before you sign — a tasting is standard at this level and tells you more than any menu PDF.
